    April 9 2015, Ambassador Matthew Barzun visited the University of St. Andrews to deliver a talk on U.S. foreign policy. During his visit to Scotland, Ambassador Barzun also met with business leaders and held a question and answer session with representatives of the Scottish Youth Parliament.
